ah i see. iirc there is some kind of "confrontational" therapy for those kind of fears maybe you could look into it. but it isnt really all that rare to find people like you i knew a couple back in the day one even did the same thing with the grabbing the hand of the dentist like you. hope you will manage to conquer those fears kramafren
