I was thinking more like a "she shows a pained smile and warm kindness to the new recruits because she knows what they're in for but also understands it is necessary" type of girl, like how the adults treat the fairy children weapons in SukaSuka.
But that could work too, since she fits every other requirement and has the right mannerisms, the overloaded processor preventing her from helping directly is close and cute too.
