My heart broke today to learn how discombobulated the agency still is going on a decade later. They still send their field agents out ill prepared to know just what it is they are walking into. Rational, stable, employed? Stoned skitzo? NODDA. Still the 2016 playbook of printed out paper shit posts, names, addresses. I get it, lots of work, huge backlog.

If we keep our agencies compartmentalized, the agents are unempowered. You keep them stupid in the dark like mushrooms and that is the type of work they will deliver.
I want the agencies opened up, I want the compartmentalization torn down We need an intelligence unity for what is coming, we need to step away from ChiCom style authoritarian control compartmentalization.
I need super smart minds more prepared to handle vast rapid changes in broad fields to lead the even weaker people who maybe cannot handle any changes.
The young people I saw today are incredibly sharp, well prepared. They can handle it. Stop choking them off from what will feed them best. Let them eat and we can cook.

Fucking empower them. Empower the young agents. Link them up together with one another.
