I really can't imagine the psychological damage it must do to them to have to clock in here. Even worse for the ones who do it for free. They already exist in a complete hellscape of cognitive dissonance, then to have the irresistible amygdala-governed compulsion to walk into the lion's den just to cry and scream for the sake of letting us know they're crying and screaming.
