The gen 5 triggers are much better than the older ones by a lot in my opinion, you should go to a shop and dry fire a few. The trigger shoe sucks but I adjusted to it. The trigger on the hcp just isnt good though. I remember being okay with it early on but the more I shot it the less I enjoyed the trigger itself. Everything else on the hcp has been great however. I really like the grip texturing, the factory irons, and it's yet to have a single malfunction with very minimal cleaning. Springfields marketing is gay and so is naming everything "hellcat, hellion, demonraper, etc", but it's been remarkably reliable and accurate for me. That being said I'd tell you to get a 43x/mos.
