It's Rapi being extremely tryhard to the point it's painfully obvious, several people have asked if she's okay or has brain problems, and fucking Dorothy is currently on the edge of a schizo meltdown because Rapi is intentionally acting like Red Hood because she finally has some downtime from the campaign to try and settle things for Red Hood while also trying to make her mark on the Commander.

Watch her go back to her old ways by the end of it with something a little more Rapi-ish while still maintaining some Red Hood buffoonery traits every now and then. Dorothy being so schizo she completely Rorschachs herself into think Pinne is somehow involved and on a fucking billionaire cruise ship and proceeding to have hallucinations again but act like 'it's different this time' is fucking hilarious and extremely fucking sad.
