Assuming general fantasy rules apply, dragons should be as physically strong in their humanoid form as in dragon form which implies that the average Malef is at least an order of magnitude stronger than me. It's not far fetched to imagine that most dragons could easily break vehicles and buildings as if they were paper mache.
