Bruh, I'm not a psychotic anti trans edgelord. I'm just saying that there's a conventional layman's understanding of the term "gender affirming care," and surgeries making someone who was born a biological male into a slightly more conventionally attractive male is not what the layman typically understands as "gender affirming care." Most people consider it as sheer vanity. Nothing wrong with it. However, going around calling it gender affirming care is disingenuous.
The layman understands gender affirming care as making someone born biologically one gender appear like the opposite gender. I live in the real world -- not some overpaid academic's "gender theory" class.

I don't care if you say there are dozens of genders or if some vain woman getting breast implants is gender affirming care.
