SDoro is the strongest water DPS now, but she provides no buffs for the team unlike most other water DPS and SElegg is a decent DPS and buffer for water units, but you have to run her in a 1-1-3 comp which limits your options a little
Recommended investment is
>SDoro 4/4/7 > 7/7/10 > 10/10/10 and needs at least 2x ammo lines and more being better and the usual 4x ele dmg and ATK
>SElegg 7/4/4 > 10/7/7 (probably can stop here) > 10/10/10 and the usual 4x ele dmg, ATK, ammo
SDoro can do about as much dmg as SBS does
SElegg's personal dmg is comparable to off-burst CLud while her buffs and how you use her are similar to CMaiden in the Cinderella comp, bursting at least once with her at 13 ghosts captured and potentially 2 times, still not sure what's better
Recommended teams would be
>Siren, Crown, SDoro/CLud, THelm, SElegg/MMast
>Tove, Grave/Leona(maybe?)/Blanc or Naga(if healing needed), SDoro, Drake/BSoda, CDR(without BSoda)/Noir or Tia

Anybody wondering btw if you kill the possessed rapture SElegg will immediately capture the ghost and it doesn't even need 100 hits

There's plenty of NA and Global players here so doesn't really matter. Ping shouldn't be an issue really and the rankings for Global are easier than on NA since they have more whales. Somehow Global /nikg/ players are still better than NA ones though
