Theres so many different types of frosting and I just wanted to try something that wasn’t too sweet. So the pudding that is the base sounded really good. My main problem was actually heating the milk, cornstarch and eggs without burning it. Once I got over that fear it came together rather well. Last weekend I was really high and did online shopping out. found a KitchenAid mixer on craigslist for $75 and it sped up the process so much. All in all super easy. Really tasty. Very good flavor and I could cut out 2 sticks of butter and it will still be good no doubt
