Here's my dragon deck I assembled out of random cards I had with minimal crafting that I used to climb out from Emerald to Ruby after playing Rune got me down to Emerald. I constantly get win streaks with this shit.
This is 100% not an optimised list and can probably be easily improved, but it's good enough for Ruby.
