Her face is mostly the same. Her brow was adjusted forwards slightly, probably because the brow of the NPC version was pushed in to accommodate her big ass goggles. The actual geometry and the textures are identical though.
Her body is just Dia's medical suit body copy pasted with 0 adjustments.

She is using Dia's body because devs are lazy.
Her head is actually a slightly different shape compared to her NPC version as well. Model has the same topology though and uses the same textures, so I think they just changed it because she doesn't have the massive goggles on now.
