what do you use for writing down tasks beyond the one you're currently working on? I've tried a dedicated paper and pencil book and I've tried obsidian, but they are both too disorganized for me once I made many notes

I think the book was the best so far because I'd do a little [ ] empty box to the left of stuff and tick it if i done it or cross the whole line out if I canceled it

do any use kanban stuff? how do you find it?
