Fraud settlements are being settled with undisclosed amounts and there are HUNDREDS of them. It is almost 100% proven fact that funds will be owed to the estate in excess of ALL debtor claims and shareholders will be made whole.
So what now? Where do the funds go to if Class 6,7, & 8 are all made whole? Cancelled shares didn't make a difference to Hertz did it?
