Both are younger tomboyish sisters to an already active heroine, and their quests start due to them wanting to save their older sister.

Shouko is the reincarnation of Eris and it was written somewhere that Cassandra was the reincarnation of aphrodite.

Also Shouko likely doesnt reach Gold Saint Level tier, so both have very similar combat speeds.
