as another anon said, they all have voice quips during combat, when getting attacked or using abilities. some of them are pretty entertaining, like when kylie says she's glad the enemy isn't on their side if they miss an attack on her.
the voices lines are mostly in korean though, with some engrish one.

a couple of the set boots have better stats, but set items can't roll modifiers so they might not be a good fit in most builds. and it's mostly ranged characters who use boots anyways so you can avoid field effects with them.
