I always felt this applies more to the AQs. Or honestly, just the whole game in general lol. But the world quests at least have some sort of gameplay to go with them, meanwhile the AQs genuinely just make you watch a movie and then sometimes you maybe teleport somewhere else before the next cutscene

Yeah that's always so bizare, I actually try to read it but I always miss half of it
