So out of curiosity-
I had a 1911 in 45, and quite frankly I found out I don’t really like 45 ACP. However I found myself wanting a SAA clone in 45.
If I didn’t like 45 ACP, is it stupid that I’m looking at a 45 LC?

Now that the mods are asleep- do tube amps sound any better than a solid state with an overdrive pedal?
Like I just have a little cheap fender SP-10 amp, and when I hook up my pedals to it- call me crazy but it’s really not that bad.
Honestly, I would even go as far to say if I ever wanted to record through it, it would probably be just fine unless I’m in the dark on what a good amp sounds like.
