Nah that's cap, I drink tons of caffeine every day and I'm on Day 73. And before that I was gooning 4 times a day for 10 years straight.
Actually I don't know if I could have gotten through Day 7 through 28 without a good caffeine buzz to offset the constant headaches and feeling shitty and tired.

Day 53 here and I'm drinking as much caffeine as I want.
I think some of ya'll have some idea where you want to lock yourself in a room with no food, no water, no stimulation of any kind and whip yourself with that thing that Catholics use to atone.
Not everyone is gonna go to an extreme and fully deprive themself of everything to reach zen enlightenment.
