Pocket Monsters Stadium (or Pokémon Stadium 2) was a Japan only title that had an extremely limited roster due to hopes that they'll be able to patch in the rest with the ill-fated N64DD. The only Pokémon alliable were ones that was used in competitive tournaments around the time (the line up for all of the NPC trainers were ripped straight out of a tournament), the fully evolved starters, and Pikachu.
