I've always thought it'd be cool to buy a house in a suburb and make it into a gay homo sex club but that's probably illegal not to mention neighbours would get pissed off (most of them anyway probably) but zoning laws are the biggest hurdle although in many places in north america suburbs are very poor in quality with maze like gated community hostile infrastructure design that disincentivizes community and local area partakement and low amounts of recreation with very low number of intersecting nodes locking many suburbs in north america into being a walled garden prison not to mention the threat of HOAs and HOA mandated anti-nature lawns
