bags of sand?

I'm dying from irritable bowels constipation, give me a dietary suggestion that will sustain me without the constipative malaise associated.

Most of the Enlightenment was a mistake, a big fat distended bowel of a mistake, that should've been surgically removed but it wasn't, because we as a species thought it was a good thing. But it wasn't. It's just getting stinkier and more rancid as time goes on.
