Instead of this ridiculous anthology nonsense. The game is so frustrating because it should have been good but they just made bad decision after bad decision with how they handled the routes.

>100 Endings but the vast majority are either immediate game overs or ridiculously contrived "You should have win but you suddenly lose because lol" endings
>100 Days but not a single route has anywhere near enough content to justify it so mostly it's just free time and padding

Zombie is my most disliked route too (I did not bother touching Comedy or BoB so not including those), so much you have to let slide compared to even the other Slasher. I do wish we got to see more affection from Hiruko but I guess the idea was in SF she’s too focused on the goal to let her feelings show/get in the way at least while they’re still seemingly going to make it. Guess it works for the people into it but it would’ve made me a lot happier if she was just normal with Takumi in SF rather than her being bitchy while they do things.
Someone in the past compared her to Senjougahara and I’d say it’s close but one major difference being that at least you and the protagonist get to know that she for real loves him very deeply even if she goes on to not show it visibly much if ever. But just knowing how she truly feels makes that behavior acceptable and even cute, so if she’d just been honest with Takumi about her feelings from the start of SF I probably would’ve been completely fine with how she is for the rest of the route. But him not being aware of her feelings/really considering it all (despite remembering the kiss?? Very odd) made it not too enjoyable to have her be a bitch the whole time even if the player knows she actually loves him.

To be fair with this game it’s someone else’s characters. He tends to write characters to have a purpose that contributes to the mystery/overall story which is kind of at odds with this game and also what I liked about it which was the character interactions.
Also I dunno about you but reading SF just felt like he copy pasted Sigma and Phi’s writing onto Takumi and Hiruko but worse because Takumi doesn’t get to win any of the interactions like Sigma did sometimes.
