adhd makes it difficult to remember to eat food on my own ..

but she really likes seeing me eat and feeding me stuff she cooks or buys ..

i don't think i'd be able to gain this much weight without her

i used to take cypro up until a week ago
and started progesterone at like month 10 i think

otherwise just lowdose een (accidentally lowdosed myself for a year, because i didn't look at my shbg values)

and i've been on een monotherapy since then,
i've felt better on it and feel like i felt changes happening again ..

i don't even know what i'd get done w/ ffs
and my hairline is fine, i just have a meh haircut

my main problems rn is just working on voice training, speech patterns and mannerisms ..
