I've always said that war is not about numbers or equipment. War is about people, their stories, their lives.

The faces you see here are rescuers from Odesa region. Russia attacks Odesa a lot. The rescuers have to deal with the aftermath.

None of us chose war. It's been brought upon us and we do our best. These people in the photos do incredible things - because they must.

And that is how Ukraine stands up against Russia.
