Part 7
28. Now, since I just spent a post talking about HUD, I will continue by saying we will likely need some extra help from other departments (such as Commerce, SBA, or HHS) in the aftermath of this. I believe that my proposals might cause housing prices to actually drop too low for landlords to make a profit in a lot of areas. As a result, I would want to launch a new low-cost insurance program to support landlords and homeowners to reduce their premiums on homeowner, flood, wind, and other insurances that contribute to the cost of insurance. Large-scale refinancing of debts at lower interest rates may also be needed to ensure that housing remains at least somewhat lucrative for landlords. The goal would be to prevent the bankruptcy of small, citizen landlords and not to help foreign or large landlords such as Blackrock.
29. Education can be cracking down on illegals, too. Expanding current efforts to crack down on anti-White behaviors in colleges can be expanded to cover all non-citizens in American schools.
30. Education should also work to compile statistics and other data to help with our remigration efforts and support State and local efforts to crack down on residency-faking, which is used to go to public schools of a different district without paying taxes.

>No, you can't use foreign police.
Unironically, just teach them English well enough and they can handle some ERO duties, albeit low-sensitivity. ERO requires security clearance etc. for a reason, but a decent number of cases like foreigners getting visas revoked for speeding and drunk driving can be handled with foreign assistance.

>Guam doesn't deserve illegals
I agree. That's why we need to deport the illegals who are living in Guam.

>fraudulent education certs are rampant.
Yeah, this is a large area for DoL and ED crackdowns. I'd recommend a DoL/ED-administered API for checking degree credentials with access to university student and accreditation databases.
