It's a Democrat PAC and they pay 4chan for preferential treatment. It's forum consensus cracking and the idea is to drown out anything positive for Trump or the right to astroturf their message as representing the majority.
And yes, I'll say it. The people at the top of 4chan are making money from selling preferred access to left wing groups, and those left wing groups use bots as well to bump their threads to the top pages.
