2. Mother: birth and raise children until menopause

The powerful matriarch is arguably the most valuable to society as she’s the glue that holds the family together. Strong grandma whipping younguns and keeping everyone in line. My grandmother was a saint but hard as nails.

The problem for single women is that older women can NOT marry their way into a matriarch position. They have to build it from scratch through birthing children, and raising them.
