Full body workout with dumbbells only. I do more reps though, depending on the exercise between 10 and 15. usually 4 sets of everything.
for bench press for example I do 5 sets of 12 reps with 27kg dumbbells and it's getting difficult to actually get them onto my thighs so I can lean back so I'm hesitant about adding more weight at the moment. should I instead do for example 7 sets of 8 or something?
