'I was often accused: "You want to remove women from all professions!" On the whole, I will provide her only the opportunity of being able to marry to assist her to form an own family and to bring forth offspring, because she would then, and that is my conviction, benefit our people the most, of course. For that is certain. You need to understand my stance on the following: If I have a female before me nowadays and it matters not how much she has achieved in her career, and next to her is a mother of five, six, seven children who were brought up by her to be in good health and well-behaved, then i want to proclaim: Seen from the eternal persepective of the eternal value of our people, the woman who is able to bear children and has born children and raised them and thereby gifted our people the chance to persevere into the future - has achieved more. She has done more. She assists us in avoiding the decline of our people.'
