So, for anyone who wants an Electric team it's gonna be a gauntlet until the year ends, while Ice can save up for 2 months between each doll. Kinda weird they're not spreading out the less popular dolls like Lainie/Belka because nothing after Voymastina is particularly valuable.

Jiangyu got reworked into a support that both amplifies damage and can heal, so she can technically work as a replacement for Andoris. They work far better together though.
With her rework, the only thing Electric teams are missing is another strong dps. Leva is strong but a bit gimmicky, Mosina needs a rework, and Belka a shit.

Ullrid/Zhaohui/Qiuhua/Daiyan all have excellent mobility, and if you have a Phys/Fire team they can also be pretty effective. Belka loses half her value when you aren't proccing her NCharge, but unlike Qiuhua who at least has a payoff for being restricted to mono-Fire, Belka is completely replaceable in mono-Elec.
You don't have to roll for Andoris but Belka is a brick, and I say that as someone who finds uses for Ullrid.
