I've done all this after studying "sleep hygiene" for over 15 years, and I STILL don't get good regular sleep. I still maybe get 2 to 3 hours a night. It seems like every time I find something that helps, it works for a day or two, but then i'm right back to insomnia. I don't understand it. I don't understand how my brain can be so "On" at night while dragging through the day. I don't understand how nothing alleviates this stupid fucking bullshit. It's fucking maddening. My christian aunt might be right in that this is spiritual and I have an insomnia demon that's keeping me awake, cause nothing else makes fucking sense at this point.
