The fucking crux of the issue near the end of the canto was her coming to terms with who she was, with Dante and the rest making sure to tell her that the Don they knew is just as much her, as the bloodfiend part is, they're not a separate thing, she is not fucking acting or playing a character, she is like that naturally now, her amnesia time allowed her to become like her father would have liked, but she is not just being like that to honor him, she is naturally like that now, she just gets embarrassed when she goes too far with it, like in her announcer line as Don where she makes licking sounds to "make it feel better", and realizes she took the bit too far out of embarrassment.
Plus, she's just speaking in ye old English and being openly happy, she isn't "I'm a fucking retard" tier where she is purposely doing stupid shit that jeopardizes us, unlike amnesia Don who had no proper sense of holding back.
