I like the idea of general and encompassing affirmations, For multiple desires, i use the lullaby method where i lul myself to bed each night saying a very very short phrase that i would typically say when something good happens to me ("i am so happy", in my case), i try to feel the feeling of ecstasy while doing this, i also affirm with "everything works out in my favor" or "everything worked out in my favor" a few times during the day, Goddard also promised the lullaby method will give you even your small desires, see the FAQ sections in his book "5 lessons" and the fifth chapter in his other book "The law and the promise".
but at this point am starting to feel less the urge to affirm during the day, i already feel it's not as needed anymore because i have internalized the feeling of it already being done/all having worked out in my favor.
