Except it’s not only toys, a brief line in Toy Story 2 confirms that garden gnomes are alive, and a line in Toy Story 3 also confirms that Christmas decorations are alive as well, and it’s not just toys that have faces or resemble living things, there’s Etch-a-Sketch, speak & spell, the faceless cars seen in the background of Sunnyside, shit like the Rubix cube and tractor in that one Partysaurus Rex short.

They honestly should’ve never gone into that stupid worldbuilding shit in Toy Story 4 like forky cause it overcomplicates the world and leaves too much to be questioned.
