Stars of Ruin is more reliable DPS and easier to spam with mid tier FP but if you have the juice for it, moons are better. I prefer Ranni's Dark Moon since it's simply Rennala's Moon +1 and then swappming to Lusat to spam Stars of Ruin at the Frostbitten, MDEF Shredded target. I am bit a biased though since I run an attack boost vs frostbitten relic which REALLY makes me OP sometimes.
