plus with vertical investment, especially in his supports he can still hit fairly hard too, his primary attack hits 8 times within 3 seconds and hits all enemies in the beam, even vs a single target just one charge attack buffed should do around 2,340,000 and he still has two more to follow in the rotation though some of the buffs will fall off for those.
