If you are a lazy fuck like me then you can always counter Reina and her ff2 with a very slightly delayed dickjab, even against the thing it's supposed to lose against. Obviously going for a special big launcher/punish is better if you know your character well but a delayed dickjab literally always works if you don't know any.
