She became passionate about that stuff even before her time in the cradle. She managed to keep ''living'' her dreams like she wanted in there, but it just happens that the character rubbed on herself to such extent that she still likes acting like that, since it allows her to give full attention to her interests. She doesn't want to always be Sancho, choosing to be Don Quixote instead and live on the adventures she initially wanted alongside her father. What's so hard to understand? They messed with roles so much in her Canto that she's not allowed to act anymore and MUST truly become the character?

She tried multiple times to cover it up after she saw it was recorded. I'm not saying she's secretly depressed, I'm saying that she's naturally more serious but she likes to act like her other self to fulfill her dream and show her passion with fixers with more ease. It would also be awkward for her to be less enthusiastic and active when she spent such a long time showing that theatrical self to the sinners.
