Nay, only the bits I have been working on.
Also, the scope of the game is really ambitious, so I may review things here and there or even scratch things entirely.
You should have been able to visit different places each day (stops) and when you see the work needed just for one stop, it really starts to pile up.
Look at picrel, it's like 20 backgrounds, 6 simple pony interaction (so 6-12 mares images+text), 1 full "quest" (probably 10-15 character animation+text+minigame (easy only one or two images)).
That's a lot of work for only one stop.
So, yeah, scope reducing involved fixing one stop for the whole game, and trying to produce a small part to estimate the difficulty of the task.
I'm sorting my files and de-dusting what I have/need to plan what to do next.
