The obvious solution would be to have 2 capitals, one for Alliance and one for Horde.
Alliance should get Hearthglen, Andorhal, Stratholme or New Avalon as their capital, Horde get Silvermoon.
But Blizzard is lazy and retarded and are just gonna leave the Plaguelands undeveloped since Scataclysm despite the expansion taking place right next door to them.
