seems it was translated into german first, which may have led to the kahal spelling. reading the book one could almost be tempted to have empathy with the lowly kikes, who are pushed around, but it is eye opening in that it reveals how there were indigenous populations for them to suck dry and how many rules were established for doing so.. how they handled exemption from military or legal problems with the goyim. it's pretty bad. a must read.
