Since I guess this general doesnt actually care about the game and no one's posting the refines

Robin > Gull >>> Askr >>> Soren > Corrin > Bertram

But TLDR none of the refines are actually all that strong, Robin/Gull only "won" becuause they at least got "fun" refines
