Which is irrelevant when you realize 2 lbs of watermelon isn’t shit. Pic related is 1 lb (150 calories). I actually think I would find 150 calories of halo top more filling because at least I’d get some of every macro. I could have a quarter pound of chicken and three cups of spinach and lettuce for just over 150 calories (in fact I just did) and actually be full.

Not on its own. You can pair it with something else as you did with greek yogurt but now you’re well over 200 calories which is more than a meal and still less filling.
