If you're interested in experimenting you could start with Copilot, it uses the same M$ account that you already have for BIC, it's free, seemingly unlimited and it's usually faster than Sora. The negative aspects are that it can silently reduce image quality if you generate too much stuff (or when it's under load, I'm not really sure) and, compared to Sora, it's more filtered.
