I had a small nap yesterday and I tried some 'lucid dreaming' track from youtube. It made me dream. Wasn't a good dream though. I kept thinking it was after when I was supposed to be at work and I hadn't even left yet.
Normally I use pink noise cuz it seems to put me in a deeper sleep, but then, usually no dream.
Going to try the dream audio again. Hope my subconscious can think of something besides work or missing a stream.
