the only time they have ever featured or mentioned israel in their entire 27 seasons and several movies was during the covid episode arc where israel saves the day by inventing vaccines. they literally swoop in on an israeli jet and give everyone the vaxx to much cheering and clapping. its played totally straight too, matt and trey were very avidly pro vaxx during the pandemic
