The movie doesn't even matter, because C.C. won the Lelouch bowl in the series too. He discards Kallen for her own good after she does the kiss shit and him and C.C. are literally about to make out in the hanger before they're interrupted in one of the last scenes. She is the only one in the series who knew him fully and was with him through everything. She says the final words to him of the series as well.
