pic related is the current patch-by-patch waiting list for reruns with the datamined 6.2 reruns (Varesa/Venti/Xilonen) and the characters who've been banished to the chronicle banners removed. Even though I expect her to get thrown into the chronicle banner next time the Liyue one shows up I deliberately did not delete Hu Tao from this since her previous appearance was a solo banner and not the Liyue chronicle
Chronicle banners can't be datamined since they have no trial data but they're almost definitely going to announce one in the livestream in two weeks
There's no telling if they're going to drop all the Fontaine characters onto a chronicle banner right away or if they're just going to go through the cycle of Liyue (just in time for lantern rite), Inazuma and Sumeru before finally doing a Fontaine chronicle

6.3 is currently expected to have Columbina and the Horse adeptus that Hoyo has been starting to tease at a very slow pace which leaves room for two reruns, presumably one in each half of the patch unless they somehow do another batch of 2 new five stars at the same time. They could theoretically throw both Skirk and Escoffier into the same patch just to try to double down on their bundle aspect, but personally I don't see them doing it in this patch.
My guess would be 6.4
