It is pretty straightforward. As things steadily get worse and worse, white people will realize living along other white people, even if they are poor, is much more desirable than living in a "low trust community". The same will happen among middle classes, but among the poor specifically there will be explicit racial segregation since it only takes a handful of "urban youth" to cause crime to skyrocket and people living in poverty will be willing to basically remove them forcefully to avoid further poverty.

As these "Oranias" grow we start to expand our influence politically. They will try to stop us, but we can build our own shadow economy, our own shadow government and basically undermine central government if they have a hostile party in power. If not, if they give concessions, we take them, then we ask for more. We basically push to reduce the taxes paid by white people going to the big cities and growing slums and ghettoes.

Another issue is new technology like AI which will change everything. I would stress staying on top of new technology and interacting with the wider world rather than being insular. Perhaps it would be customary for white people to leave their community to seek work and higher incomes only if they are 18 for men and 25 for women. It doesn't need to be enforced, people will see how shit things are outside their community and shun mainstream pop culture, again an easy sell since mainstream pop culture repeatedly shows open racial hatred and hostility towards white people for not being "diverse".

In time our communities will grow while things get worse and worse in the slums. London and Paris are already awful, they will start to look like India. Eventually they will be so poor and isolated from white tax money we could probably just buy the land off them.
